CCA Request Response

Hi All,
i have been using these threads taking advice about CCA requests with my Debt.
After some research i contacted my Debt companies requesting CCAs.
PRA group came back with a standard response of '' Your account is on hold until we look into the matter''
Moorcroft have sent the below response, which is very different to what i expected. Has anyone got any advice on what i should do with that company? Should i keep paying?
'' We acknowledge receipt of your recent letter requesting a copy of your credit agreement, and can confirm that we have requested relevant documentation from our client and we will forward it to you when it is received.
We must also stress that we are not seeking to enforce an agreement and have only asked that payment is made towards a debt that is outstanding by the way of an affordable repayment plan. However, if you believe we are unable to ask that your account is repaid in this manner please provide us with specific details so our client can address and specific concerns you may have. This request is asked to also minimise potential costs and delays. ''

Any advice is helpful, thanks in advance!

Stop paying until they hear back from their client. As it stands they cannot enforce as they don't have the CCA.
