The room grade will be based on a Georgian House Double. Upgrades may be offered subject to availability at the time of booking.

The prize must be redeemed within three months of the competition closing date, subject to availability, and excluding peak seasons such as bank holidays, school holidays, Valentine's Day, and new year.

The prize must be booked in advance. The prize does not include transport to and from Park Farm Hotel and the winner must make their own travel arrangements. Only one entry per household. The winner will be notified by email and must claim their prize within seven days or the prize will be drawn again.
