Has anyone shopped at Clearancexl lately and was it a good or bad experience? I've shopped with them a long time ago and it was fine but I'm seeing an awful lot of bad reviews now, it seems to be mainly on them taking weeks to deliver peoples orders unless they have picked the expensive £10 delivery charge. His replies to bad reviews are really not acceptable, he closes peoples accounts and withholds their orders so they don't get it till day 30, which is working days so that's 6 weeks. He also posts bad reviews on his facebook page and makes fun of them. On his page one customer who got in touch wondered why they hadn't had an update on their order after a few days and because he sided with Paul Swinco, the owner, about a bad review his order is being fast tracked. On the other hand there was a woman whose order was placed on 18th January and she's still waiting. There are a lot of cheap shopping sites out there am I better going to someone else?
