How do I enter?

• You need to first play the game at www.purradisegame.com on a mobile device and then you can choose to complete the online entry registration form by entering full name, email address, acceptance of Ts and Cs and if you are a cat owner, your cat’s name and cat’s age.

When can I enter?

• Enter between 00:00 on 17/02/2025 to 23:59 on 23/03/2025.

How is the prize allocated?

• The single prize is awarded from a random draw at end of campaign. This will take place on 24/03/2025 and the winner will be contacted within 7 days.

Can I enter more than once?

• There is a limit of 10 entries per person across the campaign period. '

Full Prize Draw Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of UK aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

2. Promotional Period: The promotion will run from 00:00 on 17/02/2025 to 23:59 on 23/03/2025.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Entry Instructions: Scan the QR code or visit www.purradisegame.com, to play the game and then click through to complete the online entry registration form to be entered into a prize draw. Entry requires full name, email address, acceptance of the Ts and Cs and if you are a cat owner, your cat’s name and cat’s age.

5. Entry is via the internet only on a mobile device and only possible once the game at www.purradisegame.com has been played.

6. Only ten entries per person will be accepted for the Prize Draw. Anyone entering more frequently will be disqualified.

7. Prize: There is a single prize of £5,000 cash to be awarded from a random draw at end of campaign period

8. Prize Draw Winner Selection: The winner will be allocated via random draw to take place on 24/03/25 from all valid entries using an independently supervised process.

9. Prize Draw Winner Notification: The prize winner will be emailed at the email address used to enter the promotion within 7 days of date of win. They will be required to respond within 14 days confirming their acceptance of the prize and providing their name and bank details (account name, account number and sort code). If a winner consents, their name, contact details and bank details will be processed by the Promoter’s agent for administration of their prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.

10. No correspondence: Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.

11. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.

12. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides incorrect email address or bank account details.

13. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winner’s statutory rights are not affected.

14. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided by entrants will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion only. Please see Promotor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy-policy. The name, contact details and (if applicable) bank account details of the winner will be retained for 30 days after the prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winner. Surname and/or county details may be retained and made available to members of the public in accordance with Paragraph 18. Winners can request for their personal data including name and email address to be deleted before the expiry of this period by writing to Whiskas Brand Manager, Mars Petcare UK, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, SL1 4LG, although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of that winner's prize or assist them following deletion of their details.

15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award of the prize took place and therefore will publish or make available the cash prize winner’s surname and/or County to members of the public who request such details between 24 March 2025 and 23 April 2025 by sending an SAE to Whiskas Brand Manager, Mars Petcare UK, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, SL1 4LG. Entrants can object to such disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by writing to Whiskas Brand Manager, Mars Petcare UK, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, SL1 4LG. However, the Promoter may, notwithstanding any objection, disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

16. General: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.

17. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.  

18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entry including asking for a winner's identity, including proof of age (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.

19. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion, replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

20. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish or Northern Irish courts (respectively), if you wish.

21. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
