Problems with MS Hyper V

When I run Hyper-V manager and attempt to use Quick Create I get the error

This happens on my 2 separate PCs and seems to be a well known problem.
One suggestion is to remove all old instances of Newtonsoft.json  - I can search for these but the system refuses to allow me to delete them - presumably due to security issues.
Below is a list of all the Newtonsoft.Json files I can find on my system.
I've also tried removing Hyper-V and reinstalling it but I still get the above error.
Strangely, Quick Create worked on one machine for a couple of times then stopped and the above error started consistently appearing.
Any ideas?
TIA

Have you enabled virtualisation in the BIOS?

Will VMWare or VirtualBox allow you to create VM's when you have the error?

What version of Windows are you on?  How many VM's running?

Some software your using  maybe using a different version of the json which may need the same version across all open VM's?

Thanks. I was unaware that enabling Virtualisation was necessary - I'll definitely look into this

Thanks for your attention to this issue
I've only just started with Hyper-V as I've been using Oracle VM VitualBox. I thought Hyper-V would be better/faster?
I'm on Windows 11 Pro on both PCs 24H2
I'm just testing things at this stage but it is possible to install/create a virtual machine using Hyper-V without the help of the faulty Quick Create. I had Elementary Linux working purely as a test but due to issues with the failing Quick Create I've removed Hyper-V and reinstated it a couple of times and ditched the Linux trial during this.
Therefore, on both PCs no virtual machines are currently installed.
There's certainly an established issue with Newtonsoft.Json versions causing problems but I don't know how to identify and remove the bad versions of it.
    TIA

In my HP desktop's bios both Virtualization Technology and Hyper_Threading are both showing as [Enabled]
