Mortgage for property next to a pub

We are trying to sell our house and it has fallen through 3 times for the same reason.....it's next to a country pub.

Does anyone know of any lenders who will lend in this situation??

It's getting quite frustrating.

    Yes, thanks, doing that already. I was wondering more about whether there are any lenders known to lend in this situation

    The devil is in the detail with this. 
    We had a client last year who wanted to buy a flat. It was declined because it was close to a pub (50-100 yards down the road) and near a phone mast. We had 2 applications declined, asked whether she still wanted to buy it as she might struggle to sell but she did. 

    Third application we got an offer. Lenders can vary, so it might be possible. But they could do with a broker really.
