So, I did a browser search of "Chef Santiago's restaurant Wanderlust Magazine".

This popped up at the top of search results:

It's an ad feature from Oct '24.

IF this is the same Chef, then his restaurant is 'Silvestre'.

I'm guessing here, so DYOR and make up your own mind.
