Statute Barred Chasers

I have received chasers from Opos & Capquest for debt from 2005 (date of last payments). I sent them the statute barred template and am now being contacted by email (don't know how they got my email address)  I have no CCJ's and an excellent credit score. Will they just give up if I continually ignore them

    Yes.

There are literally thousands of people in this situation, being chased by these chancers for debts that are either not theirs, or so old that they are unenforceable.

You should be able to block their emails or auto-divert to a subfolder.

It is worth checking that the is no mark from a firm called AGG on your credit file and if so, ask for it to be removed
