Can I ask anyone who has won the £30 voucher, when I have won the £1 off, before I can blink the text has come through, but was lucky enough to land on the £30 today, woo hooo, but no text has come through, do they take longer do you think? thank you

@RatGirl I have also won the £30 voucher apparently. Nothing through yet via text, maybe it does take longer? But then again, it also shows 'No Rewards Yet!' in the My Rewards section on the website 🤔

@RatGirl I don't know if it's the right one, but I've emailed contactus@paypoint.com with some screenshots and a description of what happened to see if they have any information. If I don't get any joy with that one, I might try the other email address mentioned in the T&Cs: connect@ccep.com

Same here - I suspect the comp has a glitch.
My Rewards on the webpage shows a string of £1 off rewards (all confirmed by text) but no sign of the £30 one.

I've actually managed to get the £30 voucher twice now but for me the text with the voucher code came through within 30 seconds both times - definitely contact them
