Club 24/ capita customer management ltd
Hi,
a loan was taken out against a property in 1989 with club 24
the owner passed away 5 years ago leaving it to my mother who passed 2 years ago leaving it to me.
im trying to sell the property but have been informed that club24 was absorbed by capita customer management Ltd a few years back (around 2012 I think)
i have tried searching online for contact information for capita but nothing seems to come up, my solicitor apparently emailed them with no response
can anyone give me any information about where I stand on this as I don’t know how much the loan was for or the final amount repayable as they just won’t respond to solicitor and I can’t find a way to contact them directly about this
thank you for any help received

Was the loan paid back / is there a charge on the house?
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Club 24 was at Hepworth House, Claypit Lane, Leeds and became known as Ventura. It was a part of Next (the clothing store) and Capita Customer Management did take over Ventura.
Capita is massive but someone there must know who deals with old products like your loan. This was all I could find for Capita.
