Replies from Lowell to CCA template letter

I’ve had 2 replies from Lowell using the template CCA letter. One was Bank of Scotland which looks as though it has all the requirements. The one from Virgin does not look as though it has the correct details.

Any advice would be appreciated. I’ve attached photos of both.

    As always in reply to such posts, only a court can decide one way or another what constitutes an enforceable credit agreement and what doesn't.

    An incorrect address does not necessarily render this unenforceable.

    In by far the vast majority of cases its all down to who can bluff the most convincingly.

    Thanks for the explanation sourcrates, I’ll maybe send them an email stating this is not what I asked for.

    @sourcrates
    my personal opinion is that this is a smoke and mirrors type reply.
    Would you have a template letter suggestion to explain this is not what was requested and I would like a proper copy of the CCA from Virgin Money.

    No template that I am aware of, its a subjective issue and as stated can only be truly decided by a court.

    If you believe this response to be inadequate, then tell them so and give your reasoning behind it.
