Replies from Lowell to CCA template letter

I’ve had 2 replies from Lowell using the template CCA letter. One was Bank of Scotland which looks as though it has all the requirements. The one from Virgin does not look as though it has the correct details.
Any advice would be appreciated. I’ve attached photos of both.

As always in reply to such posts, only a court can decide one way or another what constitutes an enforceable credit agreement and what doesn't.
An incorrect address does not necessarily render this unenforceable.

my personal opinion is that this is a smoke and mirrors type reply.Would you have a template letter suggestion to explain this is not what was requested and I would like a proper copy of the CCA from Virgin Money.0 -

If you believe this response to be inadequate, then tell them so and give your reasoning behind it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
