Aci debt collection fraud

ACI debt collectors are bombarding me with letters and email about a non existing debt. These fraudulent contacts have been reported to action fraud who are investigating. 
I'd recommend registering any scams to action fraud.

These people are criminals!

No they are not. Action Fraud don't investigate anything, they merely collate information.

What have you done about getting them to prove the debt is yours and when they can't getting it closed down?

If they have been passed a debt with you as the debtor and it is not proven you aren't then it certainly isn't fraud on their part, and they most certainly are not criminals (although they may well have other convictions).

Remove the emotions and actually put down what has happened or not happened and people may be able to help you find ways to stop contacting you.

Otherwise this is just a rant and should be in that section of the forum.
