Hi

I have income of salary, child benefit, child maintenance (private no court order) 3 kids 15,12,12.

Sold House (accepted offer), offer accepted on new house!

Had agreement in principle then 2 declined offers due to admin error on me as I got a new job (different pay date into my bank) and forgot to change DD date on Mortgage and a couple of other outgoings (now changed and have proof) missed one payment on Mortgage but came out later that month.

Perfect Credit File !! All green oks!!!!!

Mortgage Broker on the case but any advice from Mortgage experts out there greatly received.  I have found the perfect house that I'm buying on my own (current house in mortgage with ex). Really don't want to let my girls down.

So stressful!!!!!
