Getting Fit

With the New Year upon us, I have made a resolution to get fit this year.
Now I am no specialist, but I chanced upon this whilst looking for a link for something else, and thought I might take a look.
It is a 118 page Physical Training booklet from the US army. They have nothing to gain by giving me duff info, but I reckon they do if they are giving it to new recruits, it can't be all bad.
As with all these sort of things, I would recommend that you speak to your GP before starting

That's quite useful. Thanks.
I did check, but is there any way of having them send a printed booklet?
Also: Why do you think they would give new recruits duff info?0 -
I don't, but I just re-read my post, it should read but I reckon if it is duff info, they do, they are giving it to new recruits and I just can't see them doing that
Note to self: post when not so tired0
