2. The prize for the winners consists of a FREE 30-minute consultation at By Firdous®HEALTH (excluding testing and follow-ups);anda 20-minute consultation byStrictly Body Gains.

3. Winners have up to one year from notification to claim their prize.

4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

5.THREE winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by By Firdous®HEALTHandStrictly Body Gains.

7. The competition commences on the 10th of February 2025, and concludes28 days later. Winners will be contacted using the provided contact details submitted during entry.
