    It was a joint debt, so you are both jointly and severely liable for it.

    He opted for insolvency, so he is covered, you are not.
    Thank you, I wrote the offer letter with just my name and reference number, would be great to get this one gone as just a very account to clear after that then we would be completely debt free!

    So wescot replied today and said there wasn't a settlement available on this account, due to the criteria outlined by Cabot 
    Can I go direct to Cabot or ask Wescot what this criteria is?
