    Carry forward is a rich man's tool :'(
    I've seen many individuals with salaries of £30-£40K breach the old £40,000 Annual Allowance due to long-service in a final salary scheme and a pay bump in their later years of employment. So plenty of lower and moderate earners benefit too.

    Less common at £60,000, but still very possible for moderate earners to breach.
