    No, I don't have 2 of them (thank God), so presumably it is still connected.
    I've just removed all the "boxing" from around it so that the electrician can get at it. 
    DNO are meant to be the only ones that are able to do anything with the mains fuse and cut out
    There are several seals on the cut out to prevent unauthorised excess if these are broken it is a indication of tampering.

    I haven't tampered with it in any way, shape or form, (honest Guv! ) other than brush the cobwebs off it so the electrician can see what he's dealing with.
    The "boxing" I mentioned was literally a large cardboard box, covered in lining paper and painted white just to hide it - I know that 'cos I did it.
