IPL price tracking

I want to buy an IPL hair removal system. The one that has come recommended is a Braun pro5. These supposedly have an rrp of £600 but usually on offer for £300-350. I have been told that they will drop down to £260.

Is there a way to check if they have been this cheap and how do I best track to be able to purchase at the lowest possible price from a reputable supplier.
