Specsavers Home Visit Service

I recently arranged a home visit eye test for my 95 year old mother who is housebond. New spectacles were ordered and delivered. There should have been a follow up home vist to ensure the glasses fitted properly and a retest to ensure all was as it should be. This did not happen. I have tried to address this with our local branch, but the home visit team is a separate business (presumably another franchise business). To date, the HV team have not addressed my query, and not returned, as promised, my phone calls. I am left in limbo. Can anyone advise what steps I can take? My mother deserves better treatment for a service she paid good money for. I made a formal complaint via the website but I fear t has disappeared ino a black cyber hole.
