What are you trying to achieve? Why the need for money so urgently, why is borrowing the solution etc?

The Kneecap Brothers will lend to anyone - but just be absolutely sure you can repay them.
Seriously, are you sure you want to be going down that route?  What do you need so desperately that you're considering a payday loan?
If it's food, are there any food banks near you?  If it's paying bills, speak to the utility provider or whoever, you'll be able to come to some arrangement.
I would seriously advise against any payday lender - apart from anything, their interest rates are astronomical.  If push comes to shove, even a traditional pawnbroker would be a preferable option.
If you can tell us why you need the money so urgently, there's a good chance we'll be able to come up with alternative strategy.

In that scenario, I'd start off by asking your employer for an advance on your wages.  Depends who the employer is, but it's a not uncommon thing, and many employers are amenable to it.
Obviously you then have to budget for the fact that your first pay cheque will be less than usual, but it's a far cheaper solution overall than a payday loan if your employer will agree to it.

Oh, one other thing to bear in mind.  If you did go for a payday loan, this will be visible on your credit history, and will seriously hamper your chances of getting mainstream credit for quite some time.  This may or may not be of concern to you, but it's something to bear in mind.

check the internet for local food resources.  Food banks as already suggested.  Olio - free food that is excess to requirements from supermarkets, restaurants etc.  Community fridges, similar but also where someone has too much in their fridge at home.

Check on some of the other forums here for "using up my pantry" type threads - lots of ideas of how to use up what's in the cupboard without spending.

Even trying to get accepted for a credit card would be a better idea than a payday loan.
