Accord Mortgages Timeline

Hello,
My broker submitted a full application with Accord in the 2nd Feb. The valuation was completed on the 5th Feb. I think this was a desk top valuation as it came back fine the same day and the estate agent didn’t have a clue.

I was asked a few questions about some transactions on my bank statements on the 5th Feb and my answers were uploaded to accord the same day.
Is anyone going through the process currently and can shed some light on their process with Accord. I know everyone’s experience is different but I’m so anxious even though it hasn’t even been a full week yet lol.

I assume you have or have had in past credit problems, hence Accord. All these mortgages are very individual, so really your broker is the best person to ask as they have some idea of your situation0

Hey @Fthomebuyer03 how did it go in the end? My broker told me that we might go for them.

If you search Accord mortgage on here there have been some recent threads on their timelines. We went with them last year and I can't recall exactly how long it took from application to offer, but it wasn't long, and from what I'd read that was fairly typical for them to be pretty quick.0
