Now you have been told the simple answer, which that IVA firm either was ignorant about or lied about (neither of which is encouraging to use them!) then would you like to talk about these defaulted accounts and the CCJ. and any other more recent debts?
Because the IVA firm will not have told you about other options that may let you stop paying or be able to clear the debts for less!0 -
