Hi all, I went bankrupt 6th February 2024 so today is the years anniversary. I didn't earn enough to be able to afford an IPA. Should I expect anything else to happen? Or fingers crossed, is that it done and dusted?
Kind regards

It should be.
Keep an eye on your record, if the register is working

Oh, thank you, I've just checked and it says discharged today. Is that it then? Sorry, just been really stressed.
Kind regards

As you have no IPA, thats it! Wecome to the rest of your life.
Except do make sure to check your credit records show your bankruptcy [properly in 6 months time, with all the debts included showing as defaulted on or before the date your bankruptcy started, and all showing as satisfied or partially satisfied on the date you were discharged.1 -
