The following information and terms and conditions relate to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead – ‘Win a Windsor Wellness Short Break’ prize draw run by VisitWindsor. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter of this action is Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, henceforth referred to as ‘RBWM’ whose registered office is Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead - Visitor Marketing, Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF.

1. This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain only, aged 18 and over, but excludes employees of RBWM, Fairmont Windsor Park and Windsor Great Park, the Crown Estate, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident.

2. Opening date for entries is 10:00 AM (GMT) 17th January 2025. Closing date for entries is 10:00 AM (GMT) 7th February 2025. No entries submitted after this time will be valid.

3. The prize draw is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.

4. The prize is for two and includes:

1. An overnight stay for two in a Fairmont King Room with Breakfast at Fairmont Windsor Park

• Valid until 30th June 2025, the accommodation should be booked at taken by this date.
• Subject to availability and must be pre-booked in advance of the stay.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and can only be used once.
• No alcoholic beverages are included.
• No spa treatments are included.
• No purchase required.
• No substitutes or cash alternatives will be offered.
• The hotel reserves the right to withdraw this voucher or offer at any point and without prior notice.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

• Two admission vouchers to The Savill Garden, Windsor Great
• Admission vouchers for The Savill Garden must be exchanged for your Garden entry ticket. Instructions are printed on the voucher.
• Admission vouchers for The Savill Garden are valid for the entire day, opening times are available here
• Vouchers valid for one free entry
• Lost vouchers will not be replaced, and only the original voucher will be accepted
• Parking will be free on the day that you visit The Savill Garden
• There is no cash alternative to the stated prize, and the prize is not transferable or refundable

5. The winner is responsible for any travel expenses to and from the Royal Borough and all prizes and any payment over and above the prize as outlined without exception.

6. The winner will be chosen at random from all those who entered the prize draw and will be notified by email by the organisers within 7 days of the prize draw closing date.

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

8. The RBWM administrator’s decision is final.

9. As part of the prize draw promotion, winners may be required to participate in media relations activities, which may include a quote/review of your prize pack and photo session.

10. To enter, you must visit the competition tab on the Visit Windsor Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/VisitWindsorUK), or competition page on the Visit Windsor website (https://www.windsor.gov.uk/visitor-information/social-media/facebook-competition) and enter your details in the form provided.

11. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are not transferable or refundable.

12. The RBWM and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

13. The RBWM and its affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in prize travel, accommodation and activities.

14. The RBWM accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw.

15. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16. Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
