This thread is evidence alone that everyone should be forced to do self-assessment annually!!!

-This thread covers lack of savings interest tax knowledge.
-The thread i just read the person didn't know what the income tax bands are.
-Martin Lewis et al on  TV last Thursday and lady presenter reads out a message explaining that said person tracked down a company pension they had forgotten about worth £80k and the audience is clapping (unbelievable). 
- i'm watching the local news and social services being blamed for the lack of care being provided for a child (no criticism of the parents).
- Children growing up with little financial education (however i bet the parents could tell you what's happening on Love Island, EastEnders, Coronation Street...........)

I really don't know how you three come on this forum every day and manage to dish out good sound advice without loosing your temper?

I can't cope....... i'm off to watch a football match on the tele which i have no interest in (less painful than reading threads on this forum).
