Diesel Cars' Emissions Legal Claims

Hello all,
I'm getting phone calls regarding pursuing a diesel emissions claim.
It would seem that yhe BMW X1 Diesel estate 18d Se 5dr we once had does qualify.
However, I'm a little concerned regarding the fact that I have no knowledge of these companies, & also concerned about being sent a text, & asked to click on the link.
I have not responded, & I have not clicked on any links.
If I'm understanding it correctly, one of the above comments advises defendants solicitors may recover legal costs from the individual who pursued a claim through one of these companies.
Please excuse me, if I'm mis understanding it.
Could anyone give me some good advice, as to whether it's worth pursuing a diesel emissions claim.
I have no knowledge of any of the companies.

Hello I’ve only just realised I can put in a claim for a diesel car I got through the Motability scheme back in 2017 but I can’t find a law firm who is still taking new claims. Can anyone point me in the right direction or offer advice please? I have some health issues which has delayed me putting this into action until now. Many thanks

So, you didn't buy the car, and have never owned it. What loss have you suffered?
