How do I know account has defaulted?

I find clearscore so confusing to navigate, I kept thinking I couldn't see everything when I was clicking on the update bit, but I found if you click on the number score from the front page where it says see more and then click 'see report' then you can see everything - including closed accounts. Not sure if that helps or not?whereswallyscat said:Just checking further. Debt is from 25/10/2021
I can see on clear score now that I have 1 account in default, it just won’t show me what the account is so I have emailed them (when I click for more info it just takes me to a self help page, no details of the actual account). I suspect it is this one that I make payments to BW Legal for!0
