Am I trapped in paydown plans?

Hello.
I'm trying to find a way out of debts of around £3500 (£1000 each on two credit cards) and a £1500 overdraft that I live in for most of each month.
I've been reading recently about 0% balance transfer credit cards, but both of my existing credit cards are consider "Closed". I am on paydown plans, paying off about £40 per month on one and £90 per month on the other. Whilst I'm making slim progress and have been for a few years, the monthly interest rates are making it fairly small.
Are there other options available to me? My rent is about to hop up significantly and the £130 + £30 overdraft charges is going to be a struggle to maintain. I'm fully committed to paying back all my debts, but I can't seem to find the most efficient way through that.
I had looked into a personal loan to clear all three in one go, but then the monthly repayment figure came out at about the total I'm paying now.

You may be better off on the main debt forum but it looks like you're still paying interest and possibly accruing AP markers. You need to check all three credit records.
Hopefully this works
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Definitely still paying interest. Sorry, yes. You're probably right. Not sure what AP markers are?0

Arrangement to Pay markers on your credit records. They stay on your credit record longer than defaults. Can you check your credit records and report back?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

So my Experian score is 921/999. My CheckmyFile record is 834 and describes itself as "Excellent".
I don't think I ever actually agreed an "arrangement to pay" as such. They just told me they were moving me to these paydown plans (their term) and I've paid what they've asked since then.
I did try to post this on the main forum yesterday (after the reply above), but my message there seems to have been deleted.0
