I have completed all the forms to update the title and just one bit I am a bit unsure of. On part 8, 'Application', it reads as the below. I have put the date of the Form A restriction in the box but who is it "in favour of"?
I am removing the Form A restriction because the joint proprietor has passed and there is now only my mum.
Also, certified death certificate... can I do this? If not, can I just send the original? I do not need it back.
Thanks,
@Land_Registry

There's no in favour of so no name to be inserted.
You also need a completed form ST5 to confirm the facts as to how the sole surviving owner is now the sole legal and beneficial owners as appropriate - see PG 6 section 8 Devolution on the death of a registered proprietor (PG6) - GOV.UK
And form DJP plus copy death certificate to update the register re the death of course“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Land Registry. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"1 -
