Job application and Bankruptcy

Hi all. I wondered if anyone can shed some light on this for me please.

Am applying for jobs currently and this application says 'Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.'

I was discharged July 2021 and my bankruptcy should come off my credit report July 2026. Would you say I am 'currently bankrupt'? My husband says no but I am unsure and don't want to apply if I am indeed still considered 'currently bankrupt'!

thankyou!
