Anybody got any experience, advice on what Littlewoods does in regard to falling into arrears and not making the minimum payment each month. I have fallen into arrears with a current balance owing of £1464.50. The payment of £15 a month I need to clear the Buy Now Pay Later balance I can afford to avoid paying any interest. But I need to reduce the amount I pay to them each month from £168 to as low as possible to be able to use the money to pay of Council Tax for 24/25. I currently owe £923 of my Council Tax bill. Any advice would be appreciated.

If your account remains unpaid it will be passed to NCO Europe, there kind of "inhouse" debt collector.
They will go through standard letters etc, if you can`t afford what they are offering you, the next stage will be sale of the debt to Lowell or Cabot or the like, who will basically take whatever you offer.
Littlewoods is a non priority, non essential debt, pay your council tax arrears first, that is more important, once that is sorted, then deal with Littlewoods.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Many thanks for the information. Understand Council Tax is a priority debt and will get that cleared first and look to find an agreement with Littlewoods.0
