3 letter process

So I did the 3 letter process and cease and desist letter. The creditors just keep sending replies through letters and emails to take me to court.....so now what do I do?

The 3-letter thing is some nonsense put out by the Freemen of the Land.

If you want proper advice, the place is the debt-free wannabe forum but we will need a lot more information and probably a statement of affairs

You have discovered then, that the 3 letter process is basically nonsense, its plied on various freemen of the land websites, supposedly from the 1925 property act, and blended with a dose of indoctrination from their belief system, and has absolutely nothing to do with consumer credit debt.

Post on debt free wannabe, and we can give you more appropriate advice based on your circumstances.

So you have now found out that the process is a load of rubbish sprouted by individuals that don't know what they are talking about.

You can engage with your creditors and form a plan to deal with the debt or ignore them and risk court action.
