Gourmet Pasta Co. offers classic Italian and Italian-South American recipes, inspired by the waves of Italians who immigrated to South America in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. This led to exquisite new recipes which evolved differently such as ravioli with unusual fillings, or circular filled pasta known as sorrentinos. 

Signature dishes on the menu include Pink sorrentinos filled with roasted butternut squash and almonds and an orange butter sauce; and Black sorrentinos filled with salmon and prawn with a tomato, cream and vodka sauce. There is also a brilliant selection of wines available by the glass, carafe or bottle including English wines from local vineyards such as All Angels and Stanlake Park. 

Monthly pasta making classes with Gourmet Pasta Co.’s head chef are the perfect opportunity for foodies and budding cooks to learn how to create their own fresh pasta at home.
