Alpha added pension - how it affects your MyCSP portal and ABS

I understand that once the next scheme year starts on 1/4/25 with monthly payments by payroll, there is no difference to the results you get on the retirement modeller on the MyCSP portal. But there will be a separate section on your portal somewhere about any AP payments you’ve made and what they have accrued so far? So you just add the two amounts together to get the total pension forecast? (Presumably the AP element reflects the amount at the scheme’s normal pension age/SPA?)

Is the AP section updated monthly on the portal after every payroll or summarised at the scheme year end?

Likewise on the next annual ABS, the year on year calculations will continue as in previous years but there will be a separate calculation on how much AP has been bought and what it’s accrued so far?

Thanks.

You will see a section on future ABS (not 2025 as that will be as at March 2025) that has AP at start of year, new AP accrued in year, AP revaluation, and AP at end of year.

Below I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like on your ABS when you have different types of Alpha Pension. Non-zero amounts obscured, but you can see all the different rows.
Mine is interesting because I have ZERO "main alpha pension" (as I starting paying for EPA and added pension immediately on joining).
I also have both "Self" and "Self and Dependents" Added pension because I accidentally selected "self" rather than "self and dependents" on joining, and then corrected this with a new form for the first full year of employment.
I also have a (very) little "transfer in" which looks like it remains separate as well.
