Shawbrook Bank's Secure Messaging?

Just wondered what recent experiences people have had with Shawbrook's secure messaging service?
Have they been slower than normal?
I'm sure there used to be an indication of how long they'll take to get back to you, but don't see it on their site any more.

I had to contact them for a change of email address a couple of weeks ago. It didnt get answered so I sent it again this morning and it was answered a couple of hours later. So the answer is a mixed bag

I messaged them in November and it took 3 working days to respond. My follow up question to their response took a further 3 days. Not sure if this is a typical timeframe as only held the account for a year and never had to contact them before that.1

I messaged them yesterday afternoon to close an easy access account and haven't heard anything yet. Just tried to log into online banking to check what's happening and the texts needed for confirmation aren't coming through. Not exactly slick at the moment, that's for sure !1

Defiantly noticed they have been slower of late 3/4 days used to be much faster. I rang them got through quickly and they were very helpful1
