I believe bananas can be frozen but haven't tried it myself.:wave:0 -

Brilliant links - especially for the mango as I could find a few banana recipes already. Thank you!Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...0 -
They wouldn't last more than a day with me! I'd eat fruit all day long! Ok, two days perhapsBe careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0

I was going to ask the same question myself, so thanks OP:)
I have 10 mangos in our fridge - 10!!!! I get 2 or 3 every week in our box and I have no idea what to do with them as none of us like them, no one else I know seems to like them, and I can't just chuck out edible food - I thought they would end up staying in the fridge until they became inedible and could then be officially thrown out!!
I hadn't thought about mago chutney! I love mango chutney (but hate magos!), and will definitely use them up in making some tomorrow.
Yhanks everyone0 -
Just to say thanks all.
I have so far made: mango and banana smoothie, mango sorbet, mango and white chocolate muffins and after some (homemade) soup for lunch I'm going to try banana bread. :jWandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...0
