PROMOTION RULES

LONG FORM PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms & conditions (“Terms”) carefully.  By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”) you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You should also read our privacy policy at www.monsterenergy.com which explains how we will use the data you provide us with when entering the Promotion.
1.    The Promotion is being organised and operated by Monster Energy Europe Limited whose registered office is at 7 Cowley Business Park, Cowley, Uxbridge, UB8 2AD, United Kingdom (“Monster Energy”).
2.    The Promotion is open to all persons over eighteen (18) years of age and who are resident in Great Britain. No employee or family member of an employee of Monster Energy, Zuffa, LLC or its affiliated companies, subcontractors, agents or assigns or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion is permitted to enter the Promotion. 
The Promotion is being conducted through the website at [www.monsterenergy.com/ufc-experience_GB] (the “Website”) and promoted through promotional material within selected participating locations in Great Britain.
3.    By entering the Promotion pursuant to these Terms, each entrant (“you”, “your”, “entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and by the decision(s) of Monster Energy, whose decision shall be final, in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.  No further correspondence will be entered into by Monster Energy.
4.    All times and dates set out in these Terms refer to the times and dates in Great Britain. In the event of any dispute over the time or date of any entry submitted, the decision of Monster Energy shall be final.
5.    No purchase of any product is required to enter the Promotion.

Entry

6.    The Promotion will commence at 00:00 on 01.01.2025 (“Commencement Date”) and the Promotion will close at 23:59 on 31.04.2025 (“Closing Date”).  
7.    Entrants may enter the Promotion by: 
(a)     acting in accordance with these Terms; and
(b)     submitting their details as directed on the Website (being full name, residential address, date of birth, phone number and email address).
Prize & Requirements 
8.    Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out above (each a “Valid Entry”) will be entered into the prize draw to be held within three (3) days of the Closing Date (“Draw”). The first Valid Entry randomly selected from the Draw (the “Winner”) shall win a trip for two (2) people for three (3) nights to take place between 01 June – 31 December 2025, exact dates and location to be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion (“Trip”), to consist of the following (“Prize”):
8.1.    two (2) general access tickets to one (1) UFC® event (“Event”); each ticket shall grant the holder: entrance to the Event; access to all public areas at the Event during the opening hours of the Event;
8.2.    a three (3) night stay for two (2) people in twin room accommodation of no less than a three (3) star rating; the hotel to be selected by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion, subject to availability (“Hotel”);
8.3.    economy flight return tickets for two (2) people from an airport in the United Kingdom to an airport in the United States of America, to be selected by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion (“Destination Airport”). The airport locations, dates and times of the flights shall be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability; and
8.4.    return economy transfers from Hotel to the Event at the times, dates and mode of transport to be determined by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion, subject to availability;
9.    Only the Winner and one (1) person, as chosen by the Winner (the “Elected Person”), may enjoy the benefits of the Prize.  The Elected Person must be approved by Monster Energy, be over the age of eighteen (18) years and be resident in Great Britain. The Winner and the Elected Person must hold valid passports that do not expire before 30.06.26 in order to redeem the Prize.
10.    Before being declared the Winner and receiving the Prize, a potential Winner and their Elected Person will be required to:
10.1.    prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, residence, identity, which may include but is not limited to a copy of proof of residence, passport and/ or similar government issued identification; and
10.2.    sign a waiver prepared by Monster Energy, in its complete discretion, specific to the Prize confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the waiver. Copies of the applicable confirmation and waiver can be obtained upon request to [INSERT].
