We’re giving five lucky pairs (lovers or friends!) a behind-the-scenes rendezvous at the restoration of our new home in two historic Smithfield market buildings, set to open from 2026.

Picture this: strolling hand-in-hand through our network of secret vaults, swooning over stunning Victorian ironwork, and getting a sneak peek of history in the making – now that’s a story worth sharing over dinner.

Speaking of dinner, we’re throwing in a £150 gift voucher for each pair to dine at St. JOHN, plus one lucky duo will receive a one-night hotel stay including breakfast courtesy of our friends at Hart Shoreditch, redeemable at a later date.

You must be 18 years or over to participate in this competition. We will only accept one entry per email address. The competition will close at midnight on Tuesday 04 February 2025. Winners will be chosen at random and notified by email before Thursday 06 February 2025. The event will take place at the new London Museum site in Smithfield on Thursday 13 February between 10AM and 1PM. Winners must be available for the tour on the date and time specified. This prize is not transferable with no cash alternative.

Hart Shoreditch overnight hotel stay on a bed and breakfast basis (stay from Thursday to Sunday night), subject to availability and to be redeemed within 12 months. The stay date will not include Bank Holidays.

The event will take place at the new London Museum site in Smithfield on Thu 13 Feb between 10am and 1pm.

This tour is of an active building site which currently contains uneven surfaces and is only currently accessible via a staircase. Visitors may also expect loud noises and other disruptions, meaning there may be access limitations on entering the site at this time. We’ll contact successful entrants to discuss any access requirements or specific needs for joining the tour in advance.

For health and safety reasons, no skirts, shorts, or vest tops are permitted onsite. Visitors will be provided with required PPE.
