    There's absolutely no way whatsoever these days a change of administrator happens without atleast one notification to members, and from my experience it's usually normally atleast 3 or 4 to update on various stages. If you didn't get it, there's a post issue or they don't hold your address

    As mentioned you should at the very least be getting the summary funding statement, unless your DB scheme has less then 100 members then they don't need to do it, so again either theirs a post/address issue or your DB scheme is failing in one of its most basic responsibilities l

    Depends on the scheme. It would certainly be good practice, but not all schemes see it as quite the major event the administrators do!
    Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
