There's absolutely no way whatsoever these days a change of administrator happens without atleast one notification to members, and from my experience it's usually normally atleast 3 or 4 to update on various stages. If you didn't get it, there's a post issue or they don't hold your address
As mentioned you should at the very least be getting the summary funding statement, unless your DB scheme has less then 100 members then they don't need to do it, so again either theirs a post/address issue or your DB scheme is failing in one of its most basic responsibilities l1 -
