Charging order restriction.

Looking for some help advise of anyone please.
I'll start with my debt issues
28k over 6 CCJ's 4 of which have charger order restrictions on them.
CCJ's payments are all upto date
And they were issued approx 2 years ago.
Now my story
For the last 7 years me and my partner have been going through hell basically.
First 4 years was spent Looking after one child who was diagnosed with leukemia, luckily at the end of the 4 years she was in remission but within 6 months my other child had a scan to find a brain tumor.
During this time creditors were going down the CCJ route due to missed payments
If I'm honest I didn't really care ignored everything as I had just too much to deal with.
Anyway fast forward to now both children are ok and debts are being paid.
Now to the question
Sadly all this has taken a massive toll on me and my partners relationship to the point now where it's sadly not a fixable thing.
We must split up but I'm extremely worried!
I would like to sell my house and use the equity in it to make sure my partner has a house to live in, but I'm worried selling it is gonna be an issue!
So I have approx 200k in equity we will have no chain as I will rent & they can live with family until a suitable house is available.
I want to pay back every penny to the creditors upon sale.
Does this stuff make it harder to sell? Will I be low balled because of this?
Thank you

Provided there is enough equity to pay off the charging orders at the point of sale your conveyancer will just do it.
There can be an issue where the creditor no longer exists or is difficult to find but that''s more likely with a 20-year gap than a 2-year one.
Ultimately a restriction should not be a barrier to sale as explained in the thread Charging Order? The Myth
Not sure what low balling is. Something American?1 -
"Low balling" is an Americanism that is occasionally used here now. It essentially means someone making an offer well under market value because they can "smell" the need for a quick sale. However, in this case if the OP doesn't go into detail with the estate agent around the "need" to sell, simply says that due to the children's health issues they have decided to move back with family or somesuch, there will be no need for anyone who might make an offer to actually know about the split or the charging orders. Very few regular viewers will go to the trouble of getting Land Registry entries before making an offer.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
