IPA: not signed yet and I’m discharged in two weeks!

Advice please 🙏 I haven’t completed the income/outgoings paperwork and sent it back as my circumstances have changed for the worst. I’ve split up from my partner and I’m currently homeless and sofa surfing.
I’ve read online if the IPA isn't signed before I’m discharged it’s not legally valid? Is this correct?
I have a chance to move to Europe, as I am a remote worker and I earn a decent salary. I’ve been really careful with my money just in case the solicitor who is dealing with my bankruptcy asks to see my bank statements again so I have a lump sum of savings. Obviously, I do not want do anything wrong that could get me into trouble!

Will the solicitors acting for the official receiver want to see my bank statements over the last 12 months? Obviously, I know that they will probably take it all, but as I’m homeless, I need to find somewhere to live!
Has anyone been in a similar position to this?

Also if I do move to Europe for work, well I have to declare my bankruptcy for Visa purposes?
What will happen if the IPA is not in place or signed before I’m discharged from from bankruptcy in two weeks time?
TIA for any help or advice you can give me that will help me know what the best thing is to do 🙏

You should inform your appointed solicitor or your OR if your circumstances change.
Its unlikely now that an IPA will be set up in the short space of time left.
IPA`s must be agreed before discharge, that is correct, after discharge its too late.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thank you so much ☺️ can they ask to see my bank statements? And does this mean they cannot enforce an IPA? Could they take any formal action against me?
I have also recently been diagnosed with a brain condition which is why I haven’t been in touch with The solicitor dealing with my situation. He has not followed up on chasing me for the return of the income outgoing form either but I know that it is my responsibility I guess but I’ve had so much to deal with over the last few months. It’s been really difficult and my mental health has been suffering as a result of all the stress in the last 12 months 😔0 -
If you've been asked for something, then you should comply or you risk having your discharge suspended.
Having said that, IPAs/IPOs are not that common, so just be open, honest and helpful and this will probably soon be over0 -

do this now! It is unusual but if you arent co-operating with the Official Receiver they can postpone your discharge. And if this happens an IPO/IPA can be set up later.
These problems do not go away after a year, they get worse. If you dont know what to put on the forms, talk urgently to a debt adviser, preferably one local to you but if you cant get an appointment very soon, phone National Debtline today on 0808 808 4000.2
