I have tried for the last 3 years to contact someone to pay voluntary contributions to cover gaps, without success.  I've tried HMRC too, again no luck. Thanks

Have you tried the on line option of checking gaps and paying ?

Or you could always use the old fashioned letter and cheque.

If phoning you need to call just before opening time.
