Help. Trying to transfer out Clerical Medical pension after maturity and MVR

I have a CM with profits pension that matured on 17/11/24 and have been holding on until it matured because of the MVR that would of been applied. I received a letter on 22/09/24 asking me what I would like to do with it on maturity.
I rang them on 27/09/24 to inform them that I would be transfering out To Standard Life on the 18/11/24 and turn the with pension to cash as stated in their letter dated 22/09.
SL were instructed to commence the transfer on th 18/11
16/12 CM sent transfer forms to fill in but it included aMVR figure. Included in this letter was a page stating when a MVR would not be applied. That was at Maturity.
Many phone calls later it seems that the pension was not cashed in and is still in the with profits and a retirement age of 75 applied so they are appling a MVR on the transfer.
I have asked them to review the phone call on 27/09, as all calls are recorded.
I have raised a complaint but they do not seem to reacting to this and have this week received two more discharge form still with the MVR applied.
I seem to be stuck in a limbo at the moment.
Thanks
