Hello,
I am part time 21 hours a week over 3 days ( 7 hours a day).
However I do not work the same days each week. I am trying to establish how my bank holidays are accounted for in my entitlement. The full time equivalent is 35 - 7 days a week over 5 days.
Any tips on how to calculate would be great. Thanlk you.

Many employers don't distinguish between annual leave and bank holidays, but simply give the annual entitlement.
https://www.gov.uk/holiday-entitlement-rights should help.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -

So full-time (35 hours/week) receive 33 days holiday (including those bank holidays).
Working 21 hours/week means you should be entitled to 19.8 days (which could be rounded up to 20 days).
If you never work on a bank holiday then you need to look at how many days in a bank holiday week you actually work. If you work 3 days in a bank holiday week, then you shouldn't have the bank holiday deducted from your entitlement. If you work only 2 days then you have had the bank holiday allocated as leave.
Is that what is happening?1 -
It’s 21 hours x 6.6 weeks = 138.6 hours1
