mortgages

I am on an interest only tracker mortgage with fixed margin of 4.09% until the term ends . 
My base rate on my offer is no more than 1% above the bank of england base rate . my mortgage is a Kensington KSVR . we were sold to engage credit in 2022 . 
even though in my offer it states i have a fixed margin today my margin was 3.99 percent below the fixed margin . in october 2023 my margin was 1.84%
My current rate they say is 8.79 % my svr they say is 4.8% and my margin today is 3.99 percent they say my margins change how can i be sure if my margins are changing that my SVR is incorectly calculated today the bbr is 4.75 I need some help with this i am more confused now since i spoke to them this morning
