Romy Gill / Stellar Kitchenware IG giveaway closed early - help required

This giveaway posted by @Samjade97 closed early on 22nd January. The original closing date was 30th January. Thanks to @auntydonna for spotting this.The post says it was edited 1 day ago, presumably to announce the closure of the competition and to bring forward the closing date.
I need help with either-
1) Getting a screen print of the original post before it was edited.
or 2) Knowing how to access the original unedited version through IG. I know you can see edit history in Facebook but I wasn't sure if there was a similar thing on IG.
It would help me when I put a complaint in to the ASA if the organisers don't agree to re-instate the original closing date.
