Hi!
My SAE assessment says I owe £..., but their previous letter says I'm in credit!
Can anyone please explain?

You'd need to share significantly more information than that to get a meaningful response rather than a guess, but was the 'credit' perhaps as at the end of 2022/23 and now you've incurred a larger liability in 2023/24? If you've been self-assessing for a number of years, what were the net figures for under/overpayment at the end of each of the last few years?0

Is that the final liability for 2023/24 or the amount that you actually owe having checked your statement?riflemanoatcake said:Hi!
