Terms and Conditions for Eastgate Shopping Centre’s Valentine’s Giveaway

1. Promoter: This giveaway is organised by Eastgate Shopping Centre. For any inquiries, please contact Eloise at eloise@onbrand.co.uk
2. Eligibility:
   • This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Eastgate Shopping Centre, their immediate families, agents, or any parties professionally connected with the promotion.
   • Proof of age may be required.
   • You must be able to travel to the prize location by your own means – travel to and from the Hotel is not included in the prize.
3. Entry Period:
   • The giveaway begins on 23rd January and ends at 11:59 PM on 7th February.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter:
   • To enter, participants must complete the entry form as instructed on the website or promotional materials.
   • Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize Details:
   • The prize is a luxurious Valentine’s getaway at Pennyhill Park, Surrey, including:
     • £150 towards dinner at the Hillfield restaurant – booked for 8:30pm.
     • An overnight stay in a room or suite of your choice.
     • A Hillfield breakfast.
     • Full access to the spa throughout the stay.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
   • The booking is a 1-night stay on Friday 14th February 2025
6. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
   • The winner will be notified via email on 8th February 2025.
7. Claiming the Prize:
   • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternative winner will be selected.

   • By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition.
