I’m looking into buying a home with shale infill but not structural issues would a a lifetime mortgage be available to me if the house is structurally sound.

    I have not seen that mentioned as a specific concern for lenders, but as with anything like this I guess the question is has it been tested, or are you just assuming no problems as there is no visible structural impact?
